On Thursday 1st February our Catering Manager Ron Bell worked with some of our students studying sport. The emphasis was around preparing and cooking healthy food options as part of their course which focuses on nutrition in sport. Ron took the time to demonstrate how to cook Kedgeree (Curried fish, rice and eggs), which they then cooked for themselves whilst other students prepared a Bean and Tomato wrap.
